Not sure where your order is? We were closed from Friday the 3rd of May until Tuesday the 28th of May.
We have now reopened - order processing and delivery will resume as normal.

We were still accepting orders via our website during the closed period - these orders have now been fulfilled and posted to you as of Tuesday the 28th of May and should be arriving with you shortly. Thank you for your patience during this time.

We are currently operating with reduced staff, orders sent via Royal Mail (Low weight class orders) are now only being dispatched on Mondays and Fridays for the safety of our staff and Royal Mail staff. Therefore some orders may face a slight delay before dispatch than usual.

If you have received an e-mail with the subject "Your order is on it's way" then your order has been dispatched.

Additionally Royal Mail's service is currently experiencing delays - the postal service is under a lot of strain and is not functioning as efficiently as is typically expected. That means that orders have been known to take up to 14 days to arrive but we are keeping an eye on all orders.
